practice with us, perform live, and who loves Jesus with their
whole heart. There is no pay (money that is) but there are
uncounted rewards. It may be you or it may be somebody you know.
Please contact Pastor Jerry as soon as possible at 842-2500

sure to check out the CDC My Space that Trey Moore has created.
You can hear messages and music clips plus check out all of the
current events at www.myspace.com/cdcfamily. This is a great site
to send your friends to who may be considering visiting CDC. Check
it out and if you have a My Space page, become a friend!
FALL
FESTIVAL--Keep watching over the next couple of weeks
for exciting information on the upcoming CDC Fall Festival!
HEARTS
OF FIRE INFORMATION--Adults
don’t forget that you can help kids earn Bible Bucks by turning
in a slip for them in the Acts of Kindness box located by the CD/DVD
order center in the hallway. Fill out a slip and drop it in the
box if you have been blessed by, or have been a witness to a
situation where the child has done an Act of Kindness.
FOOD FOR THE SOUL--The CDC Cookbooks are
now available to purchase for only $7.00. See Wendy Moore before
or after service on any Sunday morning. If you would like to order
one to be mailed you, please send your name and address to CDC,
8122 Robin Hill Road, Newburgh IN 47630. Write cookbook on the
memo line of your check and please include $2.00 postage for each
book ordered.
CDC FINANCIAL NEEDS--In
addition to the day to day financial needs at CDC, such as
mortgage, 2nd mortgage for parking lot, ever rising
utilities, insurance, payroll, building maintenance, etc., please pray about the
needs of CDC and our outreach ministries. God has blessed us and will continue to do so as we give
in support of His work. Matthew 6:21.
TEACHERS/NURSERY
WORKERS/HELPERS--Anyone
who misses the message due to volunteering in the classroom or
nursery may request a free DVD of that morning’s service. Just
fill out a card at the media center and note on the card that you
taught that morning.
MORNING PRAYER/COMMUNION--On Sunday mornings, the CDC auditorium is used
for prayer and communion at the reserved time of 9:00 am until
approximately 9:30 am. You do not have to be here at 9:00 am to
participate. Just remember to be considerate of others and enter
and exit the auditorium quietly during this time.
Danielle Drew has volunteered to watch your children in the
nursery during this time for those who would like to participate
but have a need someone to watch your little one.
LICENSE PLATES--The license plates in the hall next to Lisa Daniels
office are for anyone who would like to have one. Please put a
donation in the designated envelope and drop it in either the
metal drop box on the wall, or in the DVD/CD order box and help
yourself.

Daniels office, near the message center, for depositing welcome
cards, prayer requests, tithes, offerings, comments, suggestions,
etc. This new lockbox replaces the red, white and blue one that
was on the table in the foyer.
LIONS CLUB COLLECTION BOX--The
Lions Club has provided us a box to collect your old eyeglasses
and hearing aids. The used eyeglasses are cleaned, repaired and
classified by prescription and are then distributed to those in
need by Lion volunteers and other organizations hosting optical
missions in developing countries. The box is located in the
hallway leading to the Fellowship Hall.

will allow you to see and hear all that goes on in the auditorium.

framed corkboards posted in the hallway across from the offices
are now the official CDC Community Bulletin Board

For Sale”, “Babysitter Needed or Wanted”, “Free Items”,

by making contributions to the Newburgh Area Food Pantry. We have

week, such as non-perishable food, hygiene items, cleaning items,
first aid items, and over the counter medications. Place your
donations in the designated container in the Hallway as you enter
the auditorium. A volunteer will pick up the items once a week. If

off at the Food Pantry, 625 Frame Road, Tuesday through Saturday,

WEDNESDAY
EVENING PRAYER WARRIORS--Everyone
is invited to a Prayer Warriors Group that meets on Wednesday
evenings at 6:00 pm at CDC. Bring prayer needs and requests.

plate anytime and we will see to it they get to the Wednesday
